Medical AI Platform

Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you are hereby informed that the personal data collected (first name, last name, profession, e-mail address) will be processed by Robert Cutty - Creativity Factory FZCO, with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, exclusively for the purpose of enabling registration and access to the "NEXTBIG AI Demo" platform.

The system operates in a closed and controlled environment, with servers located in Doha (Qatar), compliant with international security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA-compatible architecture). Data will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, nor will it be used for any purpose other than managing access to and operation of the Demo.

Any information, images, or clinical materials uploaded by users for testing purposes will be processed in anonymized form, will not be disclosed or reused, and will be securely deleted within 30 days of the end of the session or the last access.

By accessing the platform, the user agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all technical, functional, and design information related to the NEXTBIG technology and system, and not to disclose such information to third parties or use it for purposes other than the evaluation of the Demo, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Data Controller.

The user has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data, within the limits established by applicable law. To exercise these rights or to request further information, the user may contact the Data Controller at: info@nextbig.info.
